Rawle Dundas is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in aviation, hospitality, and retail. A skilled soft skills trainer and speaker, he has trained staff in customer service, leadership, sales, and motivation for major regional brands. He was Guyana’s first IATA-qualified Flight Attendant Instructor and has held leadership roles at Courts Guyana, Lions Club, and Youth Basketball Guyana. Currently, he is a Director at Techniques Energy Guyana Inc., Vice-Chair of the Region 10 Tourism Committee, and General Manager at Green Field Global Inc. As the first Guyanese certified by the John Maxwell Team, he conducts leadership and personal development training. A keynote speaker and CX specialist, Rawle actively contributes to business networks and economic development initiatives across the Caribbean.

He is passionate about helping clients to understand their responsibilies to the development of Guyana as a whole by complying with regulations and playing their part in this role.

Terrence Alstrom
Sales & Procurement Manager | Director
Terrence started his career in accounting and transitioned to sales and procurement. Currently, he's the Sales and Procurement Director. He holds a Bachelor's in International Relations and a Master's in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Terrence has completed technical training in confined space entries, working at heights, fire prevention, construction technology, and LPG valve and tank inspections. He has successfully doubled the sales revenue and volume of work in his organization. Additionally, he volunteers with the Rotary Club of Demerara, assisting his wife.

Alicia Alstrom
Human Resources & Marketing Manager | Director
Alicia Alstrom is a seasoned professional with a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of Guyana and a Master’s in Business Administration from Texila American University. With extensive experience in Human Resources and Marketing, she has served as a Manager since Jan 2021.
She is a Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001 & ISO 45001) and holds a NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. As a Director at Morgan’s Investment Inc., she focuses on leveraging her skills for company growth and sustainability.
Additionally, Alicia is a dedicated Rotarian, serving on the board as the Public Image Chair for the Rotary Club of Demerara, actively participating in community-based projects in water sanitation, peace, environment, and education.
